Terms & Conditions
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued. No cancellations will be tolerated. The prices are non-negotiable at all times. Sale prices may vary. Please be sure to enter the correct information and review your order as you will be sent what you selected during the order completion. Utilize the order summary to assure your order is correct.
Orders that are considered "Pre-Order" are not on hand. These items are drop shipped directly from the vendor. Luxe Bundles by Kelsea and its vendors work closely together to ensure the quality of our products is immaculate when it arrives at your doorstep. Non-local orders are also drop-shipped from our vendor. As we reserve on-hand products for local customers that opt to pickup or shop in store.
In Store Vs. Online
At this time we only offer inches 18-30 in store. Inches 10-16 are online only on a preorder basis. Please allow 5-7 business days for these lengths to be delivered to you. Please read carefully before submitting your order. Orders will not be refunded due to any misunderstandings on your behalf.
Exchange & Return Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Luxe Bundles By Kelsea does not conduct exchanges, refunds, or cancellations.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
All orders made online by 1pm will be shipped out same day. Shipping times may vary. There will be no refunds or cancellations due to shipping delays. Please understand that shipping delays are the issue of the mail carrier, not Luxe Bundles and that you will contact the mail carrier handling your order once a tracking number is received. Please understand that once you receive a tracking number, the item has left the possession of Luxe Bundles and you will contact the mail carrier thereafter. All orders that are being shipped require a signature at time of retrieval. If you are unable to sign for your order, it is your responsibility to contact the courier to arrange another delivery date or pick up at the nearest courier location. Please understand that Luxe Bundles is not responsible for shipping delays due to any unforeseen circumstances include delays related to the courier. Shipping times do not include weekends or holidays. It is YOUR responsibility to enter the correct information for the shipping address. Please double check for any errors before you submit your order. If for any reason a package was sent back to Luxe Bundles by Kelsea, you are responsible for the fee to be reshipped back to the correct address and you are responsible to contact Luxe Bundles about this matter at email@example.com. The package will not be reshipped until the reship fee is paid. This information will be provided to you via email after contacting us. If you chose not to pay the reship fee, you will only receive a store credit, which can be used 24 hours after approval. Luxe Bundles by Kelsea is NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages!

If for any reason you are awarded store credit you must use it in its entirety at the time of purchase. Store credit cannot be used with any other discount, sales, coupons, etc.
Gift Cards, Coupons, & Discounts.
All gift cards are to be redeemed in store only. It is to be used in its entirety at the time of purchase. Gift cards are not to be combined with any coupon, sale, or discount, etc. Gift cards are to be used on regular priced items only. Gift cards are not to be exchanged with cash. Luxe Bundles by Kelsea is not responsible for any lost or stolen gift cards. Luxe Bundles by Kelsea does not replace any lost or stolen gift cards. Coupons are to be used once per purchase, meaning only one coupon code is to be used per purchase. Coupon codes or discounts are not to be used on sale items, only on regular priced items. One discount per purchase. Discounts are not to be used on any sale or combined with any other coupon, sale or discount. No combination is to be stacked at any time.
In Store Pick Up, Curbside Pick Up,
In store and curbside pick up are available every day of operating hours. Select Pick Up at check out and select the type of pick up you would like. Pick up orders are typically ready within 1 hour. Please wait until you receive an email stating that your order is ready before coming to the store. Pick Up orders are available from 11 am to 5pm Tuesday-Friday and from 11-1 on Saturdays. Curbside pick up is available daily, unless it is actively raining or drizzling. If at the time you are in the parking lot, and it is raining or drizzling, you must come inside and pickup your order, or you can meet the representative under the canopy to retrieve your order. IDs are required for a pickup order to be retrieved. If you do not have your ID, we are not authorized to give you your package until proof of ID is shown. If someone is picking up for you, you must leave their name at check out when you select the pickup you desire, and the pickup person must present their ID as well. The name on the order and the name on the ID MUST match in order to retrieve your order.
